Noah co-founded My Friendly Staff in 2026 after years of watching small business owners get stuck on the same problem: hiring.

Before MFS, Noah worked closely with restaurant and retail operators across Orange County — the conversation almost always came back to the same place: "I have a great location, my menu is good, my margins are working — I just can't find people to hire."

Noah builds the product side of My Friendly Staff: the AI voice agent, the applicant scoring, the dashboard, the integrations. He writes most of the blog content — drawing on the OC restaurant and retail conversations that started this whole thing.
