Powers the dedicated phone number we provision for each business. Twilio handles the inbound call routing, recording, and outbound SMS notifications when applicants come in.

Every applicant — phone or web — is scored 1-100 by Claude. Claude reads the screening transcript or web answers, weighs them against the job and the screening questions the owner wrote, and returns a 3-5 bullet summary plus the score.

The AI voice agent's voice and its conversational turn-taking, in English and Spanish. It is what an applicant hears when they call the number on your sign.

Transactional email — new applicant alerts, sign-in codes, and billing notices. Resend handles the deliverability so emails actually land in inboxes.

Subscription billing and payment method management. Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe, so card numbers are entered on Stripe's domain and never touch ours.

Applicants, transcripts and recordings live in our own Supabase stack (PostgreSQL + GoTrue + PostgREST + Storage), run via Docker on a server we control rather than in a shared cloud database.

Self-hosted on a Hetzner Cloud VPS. Predictable costs, no per-request billing, and full control over the runtime.

Cloudflare fronts the application for global CDN caching, DNS, and DDoS protection. Static assets and prerendered pages serve from the edge.
