How it works
You put one number on the window. We answer it.
Hear it as your shop before you pay a cent. There is no job description to write and no pipeline to set up.
- 01
Type the questions you want asked
Your shop, the job, and up to five questions in your own words. No account. The AI asks exactly those, in English or Spanish, on every call.
- 02
Call it from your phone
The line answers as your shop and screens you. Hang up and your score is on the page and in a text, the same read an owner gets about a real applicant.
- 03
Put the number in the window
Get your own local number, live with a job page and a QR code. Every caller is scored out of 100, the good ones reach your phone as a text, and a printed sign ships free.

The printed sign ships free within 1 business day. The number on this one is a real demo line, so go ahead and call it.
Hourly applicants call several places in one afternoon and take the first job that answers. Somebody has to pick up, or you never hear from them again.
A screening, start to finish
This is the call you would have missed
Every call is written down, summarised and scored. Here is the whole conversation, and what the owner saw the moment it ended.

Questions
The things owners ask before they sign up
Anything else, call the demo line and ask the AI, or write to [email protected].
What actually happens when someone calls?
The AI greets them and asks your screening questions in order. It records the answers, writes a transcript and a short summary, scores the applicant, and notifies you. It takes about two minutes.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Applicants can be screened in English or Spanish, and Spanish answers come back summarised in English so you can read every candidate the same way. Your public job pages have a language toggle too.
What if applicants would rather not call?
Every job also gets a public page at myfriendlystaff.com/your-business/the-job, with a QR code you can print. Phone applicants and web applicants land in the same list, scored the same way, so you are not checking two places.
What does it cost?
$29.99 a month, flat, and that is the only price. Cancel any time. No fee per applicant, no per seat pricing, no setup fee and no contract.
Do I have to change how I already hire?
No. It replaces the voicemail box, not your process. You still decide who to interview and who to hire. The difference is that you see every applicant who called, instead of the ones who happened to catch you free.
Who decides what the AI asks?
You do. You write the questions during setup, anywhere from 1 to 5 of them, and the AI asks those in the order you put them. You can change them any time from your dashboard: rewrite one, delete one, add your own. The change applies to the next caller.
How long does setup take?
You enter your shop name and the job title, pay, and your number is live. Editing the screening questions takes another couple of minutes. Most owners are taking screened calls the same day.
