A number for your listing that answers every call.
Put it on the panel, the flyer, the OM and the portals. An AI answers, works out whether the caller is a tenant, a broker or a vendor, asks what you would ask, and texts you the ones worth calling back.
Try it. Call the sign
(949) 693-6525The number in the window. Say you need 1,400 square feet for a second location, hang up, and open the dashboard to see how it read you.
$29.99/month for the number and every listing on it. Cancel when the space leases.
It starts on the sign
One number, everywhere the listing lives

- The sign
- Drive aisle size, readable from the turn lane.
- The flyer and the OM
- A PDF forwarded five times still routes back to a line that answers.
- LoopNet and Crexi
- Portal leads arrive in the same list, screened the same way.
- The property site
- Tap to call. Nobody types a number off a screen.
One number on the panel, the flyer, the OM and the portals. Every caller typed and screened, and the ones worth calling back texted to you before you have finished the hole.
One call, start to finish
It sounds like a person asking sensible questions. What comes out is a lead.
- Line: Harbor Point Plaza leasing line, this call is recorded. Which suite are you calling about?
- Caller: The end cap, the one with the patio out front.
- Line: That’s Suite 104, fourteen fifty square feet. Can I get your name?
- Caller: Daniel Reyes. I run Sunset Poke, we’ve got two spots already, Irvine and Costa Mesa.
- Line: Great. Would this be a third location, and roughly when are you looking to open?
- Caller: Third, yeah. Our Irvine lease is up in March so first quarter would be ideal.
- Line: Got it. Is Sunset Poke your own concept or a franchise?
- Caller: Our own.
- Line: And the best number to reach you?
- Caller: This one, 949 555 0147. Email is daniel at sunsetpoke dot com.
- Line: Thanks Daniel. The listing broker will call you back about Suite 104.

Put the number on everything
Panel, flyer, OM, LoopNet, Crexi, the property site. One number for the whole assignment. Your cell stays yours.

Filed, never forwarded
- Sells SEO to brokerages
- Wants to shoot drone video of the center
- Offers to syndicate your listing, for a fee
- Selling merchant services
- Wrong number, looking for the dry cleaner
You tell it what to say
Your house rules override everything else it knows
The line is built from your property: the suites, the sizes, the timing, and the rate only if you give one. On top of that sits a list of instructions in your words, and those win when they conflict with anything else it has been told. Change them in Settings and the next call uses the new version.
Things brokers have asked for
- “Don’t quote the rate on Suite 210. Say the broker will discuss it.”
- “No smoke shops, vape, or massage.”
- “Ask if they have other locations open.”
- “If they’re a broker, get who they represent.”
The dashboard
Every caller, newest first, with the whole call underneath

Get a number for your listingThe things brokers ask before they put it on a sign
- Is it a person or a machine?
- A machine. It says the call is recorded in its first sentence and never claims to be a person. If a caller asks, it tells them.
- What exactly reaches me?
- A text with the headline: property, size, use, timing, name and number. In the dashboard, the caller's type, every answer, a written read of the call, and the full transcript.
- How does it decide what to send?
- Anyone typed as a vendor is filed and never forwarded. Every tenant and broker is sent. It does not rank them. You read the headline and decide.
- Do I have to give up my cell number?
- No. This is an additional number that belongs to the listing. Your cell stays yours.
- Can it run more than one listing?
- Yes. One number carries every listing you have and the line asks which property they are calling about. If you want a separate number per listing, each number is its own line at the same price.
- Does it quote the rate?
- Only if you give it one. Leave the rate blank on a suite and it tells callers the broker will discuss it.
- What if it says the wrong thing?
- It only knows what you tell it about the property and it defers rather than guesses. Your house rules override everything else it knows. Change them and the next call uses the new version.
- Is recording the call legal?
- It discloses the recording in the first sentence, before anything else is said. California needs consent from both parties and the line is built for that.
- Does it work outside Orange County?
- Yes. You pick the area code, so a Riverside listing does not answer on a 949.
- What happens when the space leases?
- Cancel and the number is released. It is month to month.
- How do I get one?
- Set it up yourself in five minutes: the brokerage, the first property, its suites, your house rules. Then open the line and the number is yours. Or leave your number below and we set it up for you.
