Program name. The My Friendly Staff Hiring Follow-Up SMS program lets businesses using My Friendly Staff send one-to-one employment follow-up text messages to people who asked about or applied for a specific job.
Program description. Messages may thank an applicant for calling, send a link to finish an application, share the next step in the hiring process, or coordinate interview follow-up. These messages are job-related only and are not marketing or promotional campaigns.
How applicants opt in. Applicants opt in by calling or otherwise contacting a business about a specific job through a phone number, sign, flyer, QR code, website, or job listing connected to My Friendly Staff, and by providing or using their mobile number for that job inquiry. That action authorizes follow-up texts related to that role.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies by employer and role, but applicants should receive only a limited number of job-related follow-up texts for a given inquiry.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from that sender.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Opt back in. Reply START or UNSTOP to receive messages again after opting out.
